Date and time are very common design elements for your digital signage. Putting these elements into your designs is simple. Begin by dragging either the date or time widget out onto your design. Resize the are of the widget by using the white control dots on the frame of the widget. Getting your time and date to look the way you want can be accomplished in two easy steps:
- You will notice when the widget is selected that you have text tools at the bottom of the screen. You can use these to select the look and feel of the widget. If your content does not fit within the widget then you should resize the widget using the white control dots.
- You will also notice that there is a wrench icon in the upper-right hand portion of the widget. Clicking on this will allow you to configure the date and time to the format you would like. For example, if you don’t want seconds to appear on your time, you can easily set the format to not include seconds.
